- Responsible for the implementation of architectural finishes program such as tile and marble (wet and dry), Painting (Walls & Ceiling), false ceiling works, dry wall cladding, glass partition, Linoleum and Ucrete floor finish.
- Coordinate for Shop drawings, Sketches, and revision drawings,
- Conduct site inspection to make sure that the work at site is as per approved plans and specification,
- Assist consultant during site inspection.
- Conduct estimation of material required at site,
- Prepare progress report submitted to construction manager.
- Prepare Inspection Request,
- Inspect materials delivered to site for quality and compliance.
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control including fire & safety.
- Coordinates with the consultant, sub-contractors, and other trades.
