• Provide monthly HSQE performance report to client, with analysis, emerging risk from day-to-day operational activities and proposal actions for continuous improvement and development of culture.
• Oversee the BCMS, plans, procedures including the test that the services providers are providing and provide recommendation/advices to achieve the maximum potential to minimize the disruption to operation and achieve optimum recovery to normal operation.
• Provide recommendations for enhancements or changes to systems to evidence continual improvement internal, client and contracted service providers.
• Identify and develop processes to eliminate the root cause of HSQE deviations, in corrective actions on non-conformances.
• Review the safety performance of the company and related contracted entities periodically and prepare the required reports, risk assessments, action plans and accident investigation.
• Develop a relationship with wider Middle East division of Serco to support the development of ideas and improvements to the SMS.
