• Oversee HSQE programs and implementation in KKIA RAC FM division with over 7, 000 personnel with 24/7 operation.
• Manage a team of HSQE leads, Risk and Business continuity Leads and performance leads within the project.

• Manage and review service providers encountered risk how it affects the overall KKIA RAC FM Operations provide recommendation to RAC stakeholders with mitigation and action plans.
• Support Serco FMMA project team to develop strategy and exercise effective leadership in the Health, Safety, Quality and Environment (HSQE) aspects of the service.
• Develop and deliver regular training programs both to client and service providers.
• Carry out internal audits, process audit, site walk-through inspection.
• Support and provide recommendations and advices to service providers in developing ISO Integrated management systems as per the contract requirements, stated regulations, standards, GACAR, ICAO and SMS standards for aerodrome operation and maintenance for both soft and hard services.
• Review and provide recommendation for improvement of the service delivery plans of the services providers as per agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Provide monthly HSQE performance report to client, with analysis, emerging risk from day-to-day operational activities and proposal actions for continuous improvement and development of culture.
• Oversee the BCMS, plans, procedures including the test that the services providers are providing and provide recommendation/advices to achieve the maximum potential to minimize the disruption to operation and achieve optimum recovery to normal operation.
• Provide recommendations for enhancements or changes to systems to evidence continual improvement internal, client and contracted service providers.
• Identify and develop processes to eliminate the root cause of HSQE deviations, in corrective actions on non-conformances.
• Review the safety performance of the company and related contracted entities periodically and prepare the required reports, risk assessments, action plans and accident investigation.
• Develop a relationship with wider Middle East division of Serco to support the development of ideas and improvements to the SMS.
• Liaise with civil defense, Municipality and other related government agencies to ensure compliance with HSE and environmental codes of practice.
Policies, Procedures & Trainings
• Design, establish and manage the implementation of QHSE Management Systems to provide
smooth departmental workflow and enhance customer satisfaction within the company.
• Act as management representative.
• Plan annual training requirements and conduct the training.
• Design, communicate and test the emergency preparedness and response plan (EPRP).
• Design method statement including inspection and testing plan for PMO and confidently support
project bids and tender.
Management, Incident & Risk
• Plan and manage annual department budget and CAPEX.
• Manage organization balance score card (BSC), strategic initiatives, milestone, KPI and facilitate
monthly review of achievements.
• Support business directors and head of function (risk owners) to address risk and ensure proper
review and update are done.
• Support department managers/engineers in conducting hazard identification and risk
assessment in operations.
• Perform incident and complaint investigation and support functional department in addressing
the root cause(s) thru corrective action.
• Maintain all records of QHSE performance, SLA and report monthly.
• Monitor and ensure compliance of all business aspects to legislation and legal requirements are
met.
Operation & Compliance
• Plan, prepare and spear heading internal audit programs/execution annually to ensure
compliance with the organizations' policies and procedure.

• Provide support to leadership team in driving QHSE agenda thru providing expertise.
• Encourage and support management involvement and participation in QHSE programs,

• Role out and implement QHSE related systems to enhance QHSE awareness and encourage
participation and communicate all related concerns to management team including the
President.
• Support new ideas for all QHSE initiatives and ensure that employee is recognize for his/her
contribution towards enhancement of workplace.
• Identify areas of improvement for subordinates and ensure their continues growth.
• Responsible for Planning and executing annual internal audit in Headquarter and with more than 50 projects for all QHSE systems and provide executive report in a timely manner.
• Support project directors and functional managers in establishing system to address business context, risk governance and compliance and legal requirements.
• Support functional head and managers in addressing nonconformance by recommending best practices and standards in a specific activities.
• Measures client’s overall satisfaction on QHSE Performance and migrate it into report and to be reviewed during Management review meetings.
• Contract and QHSE system review - interpret clients contractual requirements and ensure that all standard operating QHSE Policies, manuals, procedures, SOPs and templates are being followed. Integrate all ISO MS (QMS, EMS, OHS & FMS) in project operations and activities.
• Deliver technical and awareness training of ISO MS requirements and established systems and procedures to all levels (Project direct, Managers, Department Managers, Supervisors, Engineers & Other staffs) as well as QHSE trainings as per international standards and best practices.
• Prepare and ensure documented information’s and records are adequate and maintained for the regular 3rd party system surveillance / re-certification audits.
• Manages and responsible as head of QHSE for 2 Business units Occupational Health safety & environment with more than 1, 200 staffs and 2 working shift.
• Reporting QHSE Monthly Performance to Division President, BU executive and department Managers.
• Promote positive QHSE culture and actively encourage team participation.
• Conducts Management review meeting as Management Representative.
• Established operations system procedures and documentations and ensure requirements of ISO IMS standard requirements in QMS, EMS & OHSAS are complied.
