In-charge of Project Facilities day to day operation
Serve as the focal point between Landlord, Tenant, main and sub-contractors to ensure smooth completion of tasks and adherence to requirements and regulations, that all requirements are met prior to Office Operations
Ensure tenant and Contractor complies within guidelines and Building services not to be affected, altered or modify (Fire Alarm/Fighting, Air Balancing, Electrical load schedule, approved layouts by DCD, DM and other Authority Approvals
Monitoring HSE by identifying the hazards and potential hazards on site
Providing LOD’s (Building Details) and other site layouts, procedures and contact details for smooth delivery of project, Act as the main technical advisor on site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives
Manage contractor day to day site activity and coordination with Client and tenant.
Providing technical input and review of standard operating procedures
Monitoring of site, tool box talks, site set ups, site safety inductions, supervision of subcontractors, updating site programs, monitoring site progress and adhere to MSRA/MSDS/HSE guidelines
Review of design submissions and project scope and client requirements and ensure that any design or modifications does not affect the buildings performance and quality
Quality control of work done in site
Knowledge in design review MEP and Civil fit-out drawings in autocad software

Job Description:
* Managing FIT-OUT WORKS as per LOD’s and client specifications including proposals and design
(AUTOCAD and 3DS MAX)
* Managing proper documentation submissions (MSRA/MSDS TPI and other concerned authorities Managing
MEP(MECHANICAL ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING) works from start to handover.
* Supply for facility requirements including design for (Electrical, Fire alarm, IT works, Mechanical (plumbing
and A/C) and Civil works)
* Selection for potential Supplier/Installation(sub-contractor) for MEP works including Design/Installation and
operation/execution for current projects for both commercial and private establishments
* Supervision and assurance of work execution and implementation in accordance with the agreement/contract
with client (Autocad drawings, electrical, mechanical etc) considering all parameters & accordance to
regulations and UAE code (MEP)
* Coordination with sub-contractors and site in-charge making sure that the project is on schedule and delivers
project on target time.

Job Description:
* Supply/Installation and Maintenance of Automated PLC Controlled devices all across UAE (Programmable
Logic Controlled including different kinds of sensors and AC/DC motors)
* Executes proper procedural steps for on-site installation of electrical power requirements, water connection
and sewerage lines as per drawing and data requirements. Including preparing schedules on site and project
update for client and management. Including Autocad Drawings and Electrical/Schematic Diagrams

Reviews all submittals and assures that design will not disturb existing services. Work with facility
management team on a daily basis making sure that all the machineries are working in the area.
* Prepares different types of reports such as overtime, vendor expense, material requirements, budget
request, service purchase request, and AutoCAD plans and renovations etc. for Senior Manager-
Facilities Department review and approval.
