Replace damaged parts like gear, bearing, oil seal, and gasket, defective electrical wiring, bulb lights, and battery, replace and tire rotation, engine belt, and tensioner and turbocharger.
Perform undercarriage maintenance, replace air and leaf spring, shaft suspension track stabilizer bar and bush, ABS sensor and exciter ring, air pipe, relay valve, caliper pad and piston, brake camshaft, brake drum and brake shoe, master cylinder.
Perform heavy equipment maintenance, remove and install the engine, and hydraulic system. Brand Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hyundai, and Hitachi, etc. Types Excavator, Motor Grader, Roller compactor, Backhoe loader, Wheel Loader and Auxiliary.
Replace damaged oil seal, bearing, hydraulic pipe, cylinder boom, Bushing, worn-out pin, bucket blade, and teeth, Idler wheel, Sprockets, Roller, track plates, etc.
Perform daily preventive maintenance lubrication and greasing in different types of machines and components.
Knowledge of Micro Lab 40 on-site oil analyzer. Perform oil sampling to predict and prevent the severe damage of components.
Acting Preventive Maintenance Team Leader. Knowledge of ARC and Gas welding.
Make an order of Lubricant and Filters, Observe cleanliness in the workshop area.
Conduct roving inspection in Mill plant.
Assign in frisking guard on Mill plant high-security area.
Prevent illegal intruders.
Escort the Mining Geologist personnel.
Knowledge on Truck, Bus, Van and Car repairing.
Repair and replace the damaged parts of the vehicle by welding and denting like the bumper, Engine hood, door, windshield frame, install a windshield, roof and flooring.
Replace engine, transmission, and differential and repair brake system and do oil servicing.
Able to explain the good material to be used and estimate the amount to be paid by the customer and give the accurate date to be finished the job.
Assist senior mechanic in on-call customer vehicle service.
Remove, overhauling and installing the following components like Engine, Transmission, Differential, and Brake system.
Assist painter when perform removing rust, apply putty, painting and bumping.
Perform auto body repair like welding and denting.
Cleaning the tools and workshop area.
