 I am responsible for regular and often daily interactions with all the company depart-ments, campaign team leaders and the whole management team.

guiding the clients to fully understand the procedures as well as the rules and
regulations accordingly
* Processing import and export documents from the first procedure until the
shipment is successfully delivered
* handling administration of logistics and importation.

I have been responsible with import and export of products like fruits and
vegetables, grocery items, bikes. accessories through see and air shipment that
are connecting Asia, Europe and UK.

 Handles day-to day operations.
 Study the market and being up to date with the new trend of food and environment to at-tract clients interest.
 Manage daily stocks
 Lead the operations assignment including but not limited to floor staff, kitchen staff and administration staff.

 Managing import and export of the company's products and equipment which comes from China and Europe
 Lead the operations and motivates the employees to create a good production and op-eration outcome.

 Search of new potential clients and maintain existing customer’s relationship
 Involved in project/business opportunities and Business proposal through customer contact to meet company's business plans and growth strategies
 Presentations to the management and clients presentation to the client in accordance to their company’s needs and developments.
 Understand a prospect’s business needs and work with the expert teams to develop tai-lored proposals.
