Administer purchasing standards and procedures that meet all applicable legal requirements, policies and procedures.
•Effectively manage purchase agreement to maintain a healthy and active purchasing vendor list consistent with the budget of the pharmacy.
•Organize the supply warehouse, including annual inventory count.
•Establish relations with wholesale Merchants and suppliers to get the best prices and quality in the market.

Accurately prepare and distribute patient medications
•Prepare, maintain reports and records, such as budgets and operational.
•Resolve complaints and answer questions of customers regarding services and procedures.
•Provide information to both healthcare providers and patients.
•Give generic medicine if the medicine the patient asked for is out of stock.

Maintain appropriate knowledge on the company’s products and know how these products should be handled and stored.
•Keep up-to-date knowledge on new trends, makes recommendations to appropriate management regarding new products and services that can make the company profitable.
•Proper handling of various jequipment and packaging that are used to store and ship merchandise.
•Responsible for the proper upkeep of the company’s warehouse.

Manage marketing activities within the marketing department.
•Oversee the promotion of a business, service, products& brands.
•Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
•Co-ordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
•Oversee the company's marketing budget.
