Implementing the internal & external direct purchase request
• Communicating & Negotiating with suppliers to agreement on specification,
terms, price & delivery and all other details.
• Preparing purchase request (PR) tracking report & PR coding.
• Track orders to ensure timely delivery
• Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up to date with industry
trends.
• Ensure all deliveries contain all goods requested & Review goods quality.
• Estimate budget for monthly & annually purchases.
• Work with team members, supervisors, to develop future purchasing
plans.
• Stay committed to the Purchasing limits budget set by the management.
• Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment & follow up
the payments.
• Updating and archiving of all purchase request, payments, and received
stock.
• Keep informed of current developments in the field of purchasing,
prices, market conditions and new products

Ensure sufficient funds are available to meet all the banking facilities
covenant and capital investment needs
• Prepare management reports and collate capital market information
• Liaise with banks on placing deposits and negotiate rates to get the best
possible profits
• Manage foreign currencies and hedging risk in line with group policies
• Execute financing arrangements
• Coordinate and answer queries made by external and internal audit
• Analyze, monitor, and manage bank balances
• Manage the daily & operational relationship with the external and internal
Banks.
• Set up daily cash reporting to the general manager
• Make sure the Transactions didnt exceed the approved Limits.
• Monitor Transactions are correctly made on the system by the Treasury
department
• Check the Positions on the System and the balance By the end of the day
• Meet Customers to make sure providing them adequate positions for
their financial transaction.
