As a civil engineer, my role in implementing, supervising, and taking over a
project Nile Business City New Capital in the New Administrative Capital, Nile Business
City spans an area of approximately 10, 500 acres (42.4 square kilometers) which house
numerous commercial, financial, and administrative institutions. The district will feature
high-rise office towers, commercial spaces, conference centers, and hotels, will include
various responsibilities related to the construction process.
Here are some details of my participation:
Site preparation: Before construction begins, engage in site preparation activities, such
as clearing, grading, and surveying land.
Construction Supervision: As a civil engineer, you will be responsible for supervising
construction activities on site.
Quality Control: Participate in implementing and maintaining quality control procedures
throughout the construction process.
As a civil engineer involved in the ZED East New Cairo Fifth Settlement
project, The total area of Zed East Fifth Settlement Compound is 373 acres, divided into
183 acres for open and green spaces, 12.5% is allocated to residential units for sale,
and 42 acres is allocated for the sports club.
Here are some details of my participation:
Construction Oversight: Supervise construction activities on-site to ensure compliance
with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Coordinate with
contractors, subcontractors, and construction teams to resolve issues and ensure
smooth progress.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including
drawings, specifications, contracts, and progress reports. Prepare regular reports for
management and stakeholders.
As a civil engineer participating in The New Al Alameen City project, the
project is a tourist walkway on the beach of the new city of El Alamein, with a length of 7
km and an average width of 26 m. Changing clothes at the beach area and parking
areas, the first phase of the city covers an area of 14 thousand acres.
I participated in supervising and implementing the construction of the concrete structure
of the towers in New El Alamein City. The project of constructing “3” towers in the beach
area of the city with a total surface area of about 40 thousand square meters. Each
tower consists of a basement, ground floor, mezzanine, and 38 recurring floors. The
area of each floor is about 1, 450 meters, and connects the towers. The three
basements consist of 5 floors and are used for commercial purposes. The towers are
surrounded by 3 artificial lakes that flow into the Mediterranean Sea through 3 gates,
over which bridges for pedestrians and others for cars pass so as not to impede
movement within the tourist walkway that passes in front of the towers.
