• Conducting presentations to a high volume of prospects, with an introduction into Bayzat and promoting Bayzat Benefits, the HR platform, and mobile health application.
• Meeting with new prospects to understand their medical insurance requirements and objectives, completing a market review of insurance products and provided unbiased advice.
• Discussing wellness initiatives and awareness sessions with prospective clients, which can be based on the client’s industry or specific requirements.
• Ensuring all communication with prospects and meeting notes are correctly entered into Salesforce daily.
• Developing and maintaining a portfolio of new and existing SME and Corporate clients, to increase new business acquisitions, retain renewals and maximize profitability
• Attending quarterly review meetings to grow relationships, provide cost-containment advice and ensure ongoing client satisfaction
• Reviewing new prospects’ current policies, to understand clients’ requirements and presenting solutions to help mitigate potential risks
• Attended networking events and tradeshows regularly to promote to meet new prospects and get insights into their insurance policies
• Building strong relationships with property owners and investors, generating revenue and increasing portfolio size
• Ensuring clients are kept up to date with any noteworthy developments within the property market
• Providing excellent customer service during the end-to-end sales and leasing process
• Negotiating sales and leasing offers on behalf of prospective buyers and tenants
• Proactively driving new sales and maximising existing customer revenues through sponsorship, hospitality and events
• Delivering sales calls to arrange meetings with new prospects, regularly attending networking events to promote the racecourse and its products
• Creating and negotiating contracts and packages for new and existing clients, consistently exceeding set monthly revenue targets
