Responsible of managing the Coordination between the client and the design
and technical teams, defining project requirements, selecting all the materials and site
supervision.

Responsible for making interior and outdoor spaces functional and aesthetically remarkable by determining space requirements in line with building codes and inspection regulations. This includes bidding on new projects, determine client's goals and requirements, create a timeline for the project and estimate project costs, sketch reliminary design layouts, specify materials and furnishings, prepare final plans, place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements.

Responsible for coming up with initial concepts and designs, develop conceptual ideas for buildings and turn these concepts into designs and plans that are used to guide the building process. This work includes hands-on architectural work, such as drafting and 3D modeling, to the business side such as preparing for presentations and maintaining project files, construction permits and architectural execution files

As part of the architectural work in the office, I was responsible for coming up with initial concepts and designs to many types of structures, including residential houses and villas, hospitality, retail, and governmental buildings, etc...in addition to restoring and conserving old buildings and developing new ways of using existing buildings.
