▪ Facilitates mobile app processes and procedures and resolve technical issues
▪ Coordinates with Central Bank representatives for some issues to be escalated for online banking UAEPGS transactions
▪ Coordinates with Network International to settle paid and unpaid payments made via debit/credit cards
▪ Coordinates with the concerned department for updating the availability of remittance transactions to be conducted in the application
▪ Coordinates with the Digital Team for updating features of Mobile app and E-exchange portal
▪ Managing and Monitoring Customer Feedbacks
▪ Assisting customers with their complaint and suggestions, technical and general and concerns
▪ Promptly response to customer concerns on email and calls. Ensure to deliver the client’s expectations as per the standard procedure
▪ Monitors inquiries from clients and coordinates with the concern departments or agents to ensure that a thorough follow up is done
▪ Coordinates with Accounts / Finance department for verifying customer’s transaction conducted through the application
▪ Reviews and verify statements of clients if the payment has been credited

▪ In charge of doing cold calls and direct emails, persuading potential customers to use our products and services
▪ Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction with the services provided
▪ Provide an excellent quality customer service
▪ Maintains heathy business relationship with the customers by providing an excellent customer service
