I am a co-founder and CEO at Petracoins.com which is a Fintech startup that aims to launch a regional digital assets management platform that will be launched and operated in UAE

Being a chief executive manager at OKTAR since 2014 till present date has strengthened and enhanced deeply my management skills along with strategic business planning and market penetration. Under current position, i am directly reporting to the board of direction presenting all company`s business and financial performance reports summarizing achievements and obstacles periodically.
Also, my scope of work includes understanding consumer`s needs deeply, guiding with brand essence and properties, creating engaging brand experiences, innovating bigger and bolder, winning with customers and planning and executing flawlessly. Sales, Marketing, human resources and financial management are also included in my scope of work.
I occupied 3 different positions that enriched my banking knowledge and experience. Service Excellence Officer/ Supervisor was my last position at Arab Bank which included all service excellence related tasks like customer retention, complaints, training, employees evaluation, branches visits and evaluation and follow up elite customer`s cases.
My second position was channels officer including all related tasks from upgrading and testing bank`s channels (Branches, ATMs, Self Services, Mobile applications and call center) in cooperating with IT department. another task was to develop the mentioned channels according to the management business plan which included conducting visibility study for launching new self services, establishing new branches and setting up new ATMs.
My scope of work during my first two years at Arab Bank included all service excellence task like, customer retention management, reporting, customer`s cases follow up, branches layout and services evaluation, employees training and performance evaluation and setting Banks service excellence business criteria. This position helped me deeply understanding customer`s needs and how we can make our business compatible with their needs and emotions and how to be competitive in less cost. Focusing on customer retention with sustainable service quality and customer oriented business strategy.
Service Excellence must be applied to all kind of business even the one who`s not offered directly to consumers because markets nowadays are crowded with competitors, one unsatisfied customer affects the business in a negative way than the effect of acquiring new 5 customers in a positive way.
It was my first post graduation job through which i tried to enter financial services industry. My duties varied from health insurance to general insurance policies administration. My total working period in this position was 7 months.
