Job Description:

Job Description:
• Set up required plans, SOP’s procedures & policies in accordance with Company’s objective
• Lead and manage daily operations meetings and schedule

Job Description:

 Installation Phase:
• Setup required Specs, designs and layout of the plant as per HACCP & Food Safety Standards.
• Follow up project contractor and consultant the stages of project execution.
• Communication and negotiation Machine’s Supplier and manufacturers set required specs and features.
 Operational Phase:
• Set up and upgrading operational KPI's based on company’s BSC's, following up periodic consultant's study and advisory.
• Establishing and implementation of quality manual & related Policies and Procedures.
• Establishing and development Standard Operating Manual and Procedures in accordance with Quality Standards for fresh as well as frozen Products, (FBF, PBF, UBF…etc.)
• Creating and development specification of raw materials, packaging and finished goods in accordance with Quality & ISO standards.
• Preparation of procedures of cleaning, personal hygiene, food safety, distribution and storage
• Establishing and implementation of HACCP program.
• Set-up the work breakdown structures and functional requirements of ERP (Oracle) as team member of ERP Project.
• Measuring and controlling productivity and efficiency of production lines, manpower on all processing, performed assessment and evaluated for the capacity, efficiency and waste percentage.
• Recipe management and research for new products based on cost fluctuation, market study, customer satisfaction survey and creativity & innovation aspect.
• Collaborate with International brands and their requirements, such as Costa Coffee, Seattle Best, and Starbucks.
• Deliver required training for the production staff and new employees concerning GMPs, GHPs, and food safety and supervision skills.
• Lead internal and external audits (suppliers and customers) in addition of supervise third party assessments on HACCP, ISO certification.
• Participating in the preparation of yearly budget and Business Plan.

Job Description:
 Factory Installation Phase:
• Coordinating with Project designer prepare proper layouts and technical drawings
• Follow up project contractor and consultant, stages of project execution.
• Communication with Machine’s Supplier and manufacturers, paying required visits FAT
 Operational Phase:
• Establishing and implementation Quality Manual, Policy and Procedures.
• Preparation of the processing Manual in accordance with HACCP, SOP's requirements
• Preparation of procedures of cleaning, personal hygiene, food safety, distribution.
• Ensure the proper implementation of HACCP GMP’s, GHP’s and SOP’s.
• Assure that processing specifications of all products complying with Quality standards.
• Analyzing market returns of goods and to decide its trajectory in accordance with recall program.
• Deliver required training to quality, production staff and new employees on GHP’s, GMP’s, HACCP & Food Safety.
• Develop current recipe and research for new products for Starbucks Coffee Chain, as an approved manufacturer and supplier of their menu.

1. Job Title: Quality Assurance Supervisor

Job Description:
• Supervision for: Jams, Pickles, French fries and Potato Chips processing lines in accordance with plans and assured that processing specifications of all products comply with Q.A standards.
• Analyzing market returns and to decide its trajectory in accordance with recall program.
• Supervise specifications of raw materials and finished products via LAB analysis.
• Preparation of the raw & packaging materials and finished product specifications.
• Evaluation and development quality of finished goods.
• Following up of all processing steps analyzing problems, NCR's and Corrective actions.
• Receiving, analyzing and closing customers complain and comments…
• Follow up and evaluation of Pest Control services complying with HACCP requirements.
• Complying and editing comprehensive quality control reports.

2. Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description:
• Preparation of production plans and schedule according to production orders,
• Controlling productivity and efficiency of production lines on all processing steps via machines calibration in addition, performed assessment and evaluated for the capacity, efficiency and waste percentage on process line.
• Following up of all processing problems and active sharing in problems solving.
• Training new production staff that might join production team.
• Collaborating with production Manager and other departments on all activities.
