In my current profile as Recruitment Consultant, I am responsible to manage portfolio of clients, varying from Telecommunication, Automobile, Real Estate and Hospitality sectors
Communicate with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals.
Research into Clients Company. Develop and implement strategies based on client’s needs.
Research into competitors and market place
Define job description and document specifications
Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels like web portals, postings, social networks, databases, referrals and contacts.
Create a candidate persona for each open position. Conduct confidential interviews of the potential candidates.
Follow-up references and check credits. Present shortlisted candidates to client.
Present detailed candidate profile summaries.
Upon selection of candidates assisting the client with all documentation and visa processing in order to smoothen the process to get the candidates on board.
Build long-term client relationships
Research and develop recruiting leads
Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy
Direct reporting to General Manager.
Administrative and Sales Tasks:
Research into client’s company and identifying their hiring requirements and build strong client relationship.
Played an instrumental role in establishing connects with strategic level Executives and getting meetings with HR Heads or Talent Acquisition Heads of the target industry sector.
Have met clients' needs by finding candidates that match their organizational culture and open job positions.
Networked with industry professionals and get the Business Tie-ups/ Signing MOU agreements with Companies.
Acquire new clients, maintain, nurture & build excellent relations with existing clientele across Qatar. Also, acquiring new recruitment assignments from target companies by doing thorough market and company research.
Administration and execution of HR function including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll.
Maintain the HR data base and regularly update the personnel information.
Manage employees’ vacation and issue all tickets and hotel reservations.
Ensure and/or develop and deliver business communications and communicate HR policies.
Assisting with composing correspondence and memoranda, reports and documents.
Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements (Description, salary, expectations, etc.). To create a comprehensive job description based on hiring manager specifications to be used to present to candidates
Sourcing and screening the right candidates through various sources like Job Portals, references, social networking sites, vendors and job postings. Solicit referrals from potential talent and internal employees/recent hires and conduct campus recruitment.
Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment,
Assisting in training, needs to implement for employee development programs.
Coordinate for joining formalities.
Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
Administrative Task.
Primary point of contact b/w executives and internal/external clients
Maintain master corporate calendar of all all-hands events, conferences, holidays and vacations
Receive incoming calls and emails; take messages, respond appropriately and route correspondence to the appropriate executive of staff member
Maintain daily electronic journal, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed.
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
• Handling employee personnel files.
• Arranging the inductions for new employees.
• Overall HR Administration.
Responsible for Employee post recruitment formalities, handling induction and orientation training, co-ordinating with other employee training's, working towards internal human resource management system.
