I am providing leadership in the development and
successful delivery of the Naval Science Program at the Naval College. The responsibilities includes:
o New curriculum development and implementation
o Preparation and submission of Self-Study report to Commission for Academic Accreditation (CAA) satisfying all standards requirements.
o Development of Program Learning Outcome “PLO” and Mapping of Course Learning Outcome CLO to ensure the success of the program.
o Conduct PLO Assessments based on the Course Assessment Reports and their cyclic review vis-a-vis other Institutional Research related aspects.
o Conduct of effective formative and summative assessments, faculty development, and student progression.
o Preparation of Budget for the Naval Science Program
I work very closely with UAE Navy for the effective implementation of Defense System Approach
to Training “DSAT”, to ensure that the Training Objectives of the UAE Navy are met. One of my recent significant achievement is the approval of my proposal to initiate “Bachelor of
Marine Engineering Program” by the GHQ of UAE Armed Forces in patenership with HCT.
