Managing the banks projects such as: New POS Installations, POS Maintenance, and POS Replacements.
- Provide all Assistance to the POS Lead Engineers and supervisors.
- Problems solving, and work autonomously and self-driven.
- Managing and Assist of the execution and coordination of tasks sent by banks.
- Take care to provide the best services to banks
- Managing bank’s requests.
- Support Chief Operating Officer with daily operational functions.
- Support finance team and update them with the latest update of all terminals that belong to X bank that has been (canceled or installed) to add\remove it from the billing.
A team leader responsible for more than 15 field engineers, key responsibility as below:
- Train Field Engineers to enhance capabilities operational tasks as mentioned above.
- Distribute daily tasks to field engineers.
- Supervising Engineers to Submits the Completed Service Reports within 24 hours of providing any Service.
- Support all the engineers to be capable to provide In-depth training on POS functions to the merchants.
- Support Quality and Compliance staff from a monitoring perspective for quality of work and conformance to Policies and Procedures.
