Manage the manpower planning functions relating to annual Manpower Plans and studies, Job Descriptions project management to comply with organizational structures changes according to HRD strategic plan, and objectives.
Identify and analyze the manpower planning by applying the most appropriate methods for forecasting and estimating future manpower and available resources in order to prepare the annual manpower budget.
Oversees’ and monitor the preparation & implementation of “Nationalization Program” in the yearly manpower plan.
Oversee the Job Evaluation & Re-Evaluation in coordination with all concerned.
Conduct Job Evaluations as part of the Evaluation Committee using prescribed methodology. (Watson Wyatt)
Analyse study and identify manpower needs and requirements.
Review all Job Descriptions prepared to ensure its accuracy with the section’s roles and responsibilities.
Ensure budget availabilities for all new recruits and ensure that the job titles requested are in line with RTA grading scale & Job titles.
Study the suitability of employees promotion with regards to skills, background, experience, etc., and forward feedback to Manager-Manpower Planning.
Define the organization and position hierarchy for the Purchasing and Contracts Department and resolve all the problems with liaison with Dubai Smart Government.
Generate reports from GRP and analyse them as requested.
