Assisting Regional Director in recruitment & selection for all level hiring across GCC(UAE, Saudi Arabia & Qatar) .
Preparing POE Documents, Getting Government approvals for Interview and releasing the advertisement.
1.Manpower planning: Collection of Required manpower from various country head and scheduling the interview
2.Blue-collar recruiting:
Arranging interviews for Blue-collar employees directly by giving advisement locally intrernationally through recruitment agencies (India, Bangladesh, Philippines and Nepal).
Selection of suitable applications by discussing with Regional Director/COO
Verifying the authenticity of the application and forwarding the application to concerned Country HR for Visa processing.
3.White collar recruiting:
Sourcing the CV’s by providing advertisements in local newspapers, refferals and job portals.
Shortlisting the suitable CV and arranged interviews with the Regional Director/GM as needed.
Preparing and releasing the offer letter and with acceptance forwarding to HR for visa process as applicable.
Executive Secretary/ office manager
Roles and Responsibilities: Reporting directly to Regional Director/COO
Controlling the front office, Meeting rooms, Office Boys & Reception
Coordinating and facilitating executive’s calendars to arrange appointments, meetings, Conference calls, Weekly meetings and Annual Group Meetings.
Organizing the annual company Cricket tournaments and Other CSR Activities.

•In-charge of 50 acre of School campus(Including Residential Hostel)
•Arranging the Parents teacher meetings
•Assisting the Principal in recruitment
•Preparing Time Table for Teaching & Non Teaching Staffs

•Supervising the security, Campus Assistants and Bus drivers
