o Earth pit and equipotential bonding

o Central Battery system

Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure the 100+ stores are operating at its best condition
• Review of technical data sheets and method statements.
• Review and endorse contractor quotations
• Conduct regular site and store visit
• Issue site observation reports.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Review/audit monthly inventory of warehouse
• Inspect and approve quality of workmanship by contractor and maintenance personnel.
• Conduct weekly meeting for staff.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Reviews purchase requisition (PR).
• Conduct bidding for construction supplies and material.
• Prepare and endorse quotation sheets.
• Prepare and endorse Purchase orders (PO).
• Arrange and prepare proper documentation to process suppliers payment.
• In charge of supply and delivery of different construction materials for several projects such as Oceanway Residences, Fairways and Blue Water, BoracayNewcoast all sites are in Boracay Island, also projects at Twinlakes located at Laurel Batangas.
• Help the company to save money by getting notable discount from different suppliers and deliveries for free.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Evaluate plans for merchants spaces and assures that tenants follows the Mall standards.
• Review and evaluate material data sheets of tenants and contractors.
• Review and evaluate method statements.

Maintenance of the NAIAA Terminal 1 (technician).
• Responsible for the replacement of damage lightings and power sockets.
• Responsible for the replacement of smoke and heat detectors.
• Daily monitoring of Main Distribution Panel (MDB)
• Daily monitoring of transformer and central battery status.
• Trouble shooting of water pumps.
• Daily report to the senior engineer the status of property.

Maintenance and repair of the cooperative distribution lines.
• Maintenance and replacement of distribution post.
• Responsible for installation of kilowatt-hour meter.
• Inspection of distribution lines for possible illegal connection.
