 Coordinate the activities of the accounting staff and distribute work load
 Prepare monthly as well as annual financial statements
 Prepare ad-hoc reports requested by management
 Coordinate the external audit activities
 Follow up on Zakat and tax filing with the DZIT forms for VAT.
 Handle relationships with banks and negotiating the terms of credit facilities
 Monitor credit facilities limit & control the L/C & L/G issuance for vendors & customers as per the contracts terms
 Managing cash and preparing cash flow forecasts
 Analyzing financial performance and providing relevant advice
 Review payments for accuracy and proper authorization
 Ensure accuracy of monthly payroll
 Follow up on collecting outstanding receivables
 Updating the fixed assets register

 Submit monthly financial statements
 Close the accounting books every month
 Prepare monthly entries for provisions and accruals
 Provide auditors with their requirements
 Prepare the company's payroll

 Recording daily transactions including manual journals, payments & receipt vouchers
 Preparing the salary slips for all of our employees
 Depreciating assets on a monthly basis
 Reconciling accounts with banks, customers and suppliers
 Preparing invoices for our customers depending on the BOQ & contracts conditions specified by the projects department
 Liquidating petty cash funds
