Ensure maximum IT support to the users within the organization as well as other business unit remotely and directly in emergency as & when required.
Responsible LAN and WAN maintenance within the group as well as other units keeping close liaison with ISP
Troubleshoot and maintain computer equipment e.g. microcomputers, disk drives, and laser printers etc.
Assist to procure IT related equipment within the group as well as for any new project according to the company budget constraint
Maintain IT asset inventory database and keep close liaison with all vendors for prompt warranty support
Comply IT Disaster recovery policy and maintain regular IT Backup
Dispose all the IT equipment which are already obsoleted or out of order
Act as a team member to establish IT policy and procedure in the company
Act as a team member to enhance IT productivity awareness, training etc.
Supervise PBX/CCTV systems and other communications equipment
Act as a customer liaison for computing operation, communicating, resolving, and/or initiating the resolution of problems and concerns
Other IT related job as per management requirement
PC Assembling, Windows Setup, Software Setup, Software Troubleshooting, Hardware Troubleshooting,
Network Setup & Troubleshooting.
Contact with vendor’s companies for computer and IT related supports.
CCTV related hands-on expertise like camera, NVR & DVR, installation and maintenance
Daily Check & Monitoring: All CCTV and Its IP, Group mail.
Daily Check & Monitor IP for Internet and Web Site.
Entry D/O report on ERP software.
