• Providing consulting and support for the current operational car park projects.
• Designing and fabrication of electrical control panels for the car park and other electrical systems.

Achievements and developments:
• (2019 - Present): Developed a new Mobile Application (IOS, Android, UWP) for RobotPark Tower to help the car park users to track their car retrieval orders and save waiting time.
• (2018 - Present) Research and Development: Designed and implemented an IGBT power H-bridge (1600 VDC) with a Discharge Suppressing RCD Snubber circuit for innovative power switching application.
• (2018 - Present): Installed, configured, and integrated a new Lift AC Drive (Yaskawa A1000 AC Drive) for the RobotPark 05 finished Project to act as a Backup Lift Drive connected with the Siemens Main Lift drive via a Profibus network, and Automatic Switchover system works when Main drive has a fault.
• (2016 - 2017): Designed and Programed a six axis Multitasking Robot Arm using Netduino, Arduino development electronic boards, 6 Stepper Motors Drives andVB.net program.
• (2016): Upgraded the Automation System of RobotPark 04 finished project with new WinCC program and a new GSM Phone Modem System (Arduino GSM Shield) and new Phone modem program interfaced with VB.net GUI.
• (2016): Implemented and integrated the second Tray Management System (TMS) for the second shuttle RobotPark of the Twin Shuttle RobotPark 05 Project.
I have worked in three roles:
1- Electrical Maintenance Engineer:
Responsibilities:
• Maintenance of Electrical systems in the factory machinery.
• Locate suppliers for required parts and equipment.
• Troubleshoot problems in the fully automated Thermal-forming Machines, Extrusion Machines and ensure it is functioning properly.
Achievements and developments:
• (2018): Developed, designed and implemented a Roll Length Measuring System (Delta PLC with HMI, and Sick Encoders) for 5 Extrusion and Thermoforming Machines. Its function is to collect the measuring data of Plastic Rolls running length over the local network LAN and Internet to a central PC SERVER and developed a VB.net program to calculate and display the cost of the Produced, Rolls in KG and quantity of produced CUPS and LIDS.
• (2015): Developed automated air-cooling system for the thermoforming machine, its function to blow a cool air whenever the plastic sheet lags and overheated.
• (2014): Designed, installed and commissioned a new chilled water pumps control system using Delta PLC and HMI with PID controller, its function is to maintain and control the water pressure and temperature for two Grundfos Pumps connected to a water header line to provide the chilled water to the Machines.
2- It Manager:

• Installation, Configuring and Managing information technology, Data Server, CCTV & DVR, NVR, IPABX Systems, computer hardware and software.
• Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.

Achievements and developments:
• (2015 -2018): Developed a VB.net professional software with SQL database (Sales, Invoicing and Logistics System) for the Company use for (Invoices, Shipping, Stock, Sales Statistics, Customers Statements, Prices…).
3- Logistics Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Booking in deliveries and liaising with customers.
• Allocating and recording resources and movements on the transport planning system.
• Ensuring all partners in the supply chain are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operations.

• Built a Profibus network between three Siemens PLC CPUs.

Developed College Laboratory: 1- Identifying and supporting of none supported industrial data acquisition card (PCI-1800H) with MATLAB and LabVIEW software. 2- Designing and implementing a laboratory experiment to use as study material: Controlling a Temperature and Light of a closed Room using Fuzzy logic on LabVIEW and the Industrial Card PCI-1800H.
