CellHouse Building, Anolyte & Catholyte Area Foundation, Cooling Area
Foundation, Polish Filter TANK area Foundation, Pipe Rack Foundation, Transformer &
Rectifier Foundation, Harmonic Filter Foundation are the works done at site under my
Supervision.
Key Result Areas:
• Inspection of daily works done by contractor on site, as per drawing and required specification as per quality
standards.
• Reviewing material delivered to site for conformance with approved samples, materials and equipment and
report the findings to the Resident Engineer.
• Inspecting the construction of temporary and permanent works to ensure compliance with the Contract.
• Preparing daily logs and reports and maintaining records of inspections made, tests performed, and work
executed.
• Observing site safety practices and the progress of the work. Report any concerns to the Project General
Manager.
• Assisting with the inspection of completed works and monitoring the startup, testing, commissioning and
handover of the works.
• Checking for obstructions, photographing and documenting the condition of existing property that might be
damaged by the work and ensuring all existing structures, property, utilities and landscaping are properly
protected.
• Perform all other duties assigned by the Construction Manager
• Ensuring that audits are conducted on a regular basis
• Co-ordinations with consultants, architects and clients regarding works and resolution of technical problems
