Responsible for providing leadership and direction to the manufacturing teams in processing (Compounding) and filling production lines (packaging of finished goods) for Personal Care Production.
Reviews and executes the production plan with in budgeted standards and costs.
Responsible for delivering established plant objectives in areas of service, cost, quality continuously improving our process in key areas of manufacturing that stem across the overall plant Supply Chain (thru continuous measurement of data inputs & outputs.
Leading & directing the production team to achieve daily production plan within the detected time with required quality & cost .
Veterinary supervisor responsible for broiler farm 3.5M bird per year
