Daily management and coordination of shipments
• Book cargo with shipping lines
• Track and trace all shipments
• coordinate with concerned departments or service providers for clearance and trucking
• calculate the freight charges and invoice the client
• Make folder and physical filing
• Communicate with customers and other relevant stakeholders to obtain information or report issues
• Review the SLAs agreed with the customers
• Client 's representative like (P&G, Mars) for fulfilling their requirements and providing them with needed reports that facilitate the work from system
• Create inbound /outbound system doc That shop floor receive, pick and ship based on it
• Print replenishment report and give it to shop floor team
• Forward receipt confirmation and delivery sheet for inbound /outbound to customer on regular basis
• Furnishes the line manager onwards, with reports regularly
• Coordinate with operations to clarify client queries priorities
• Communicate with warehouse management administration team to update the system with any new requirements or to solve any issue from the system
• Maintain integrity of the storage system and policies as determined by the client
• Ensure consistent alignment of stock, effectively analyzing and reconciling any stock differences between system and actual
• Develop effective inventory-management systems to minimize loss, resulting in 15 % cost savings
• ensure that operational personnel conduct their duties in accordance with company safety practices and regulations
• Assist in improving quay utilization by analyzing berth occupancy, vessel waiting time and related stowage planning factors
• Ensure yard operations are managed in accordance with port policies and procedures, legislative policy, and customer requirements
• Assist in defining norms for equipment allocation to ensure optimal utilization of yard equipment
• Track and monitor yard inventory, ensure berthing is accurately planned with the marine department, reduces container 's movement and informs users of the port on cost of additional storage, such as in cases of incompetence in the general cargo & container storage (Demurrage charges)
• Contact and follow with Agents and other stakeholders to finalize all procedures regarding to the shipments
• Invoicing the customer for handling, storage and other charges
• Improve customer retention by 30 %, through faultless service and account management.
• Expertly de-escalated objections and disputes, handling professionally and efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Advise senior executives of service trends, creating proactive strategies to improve customer care.
•Answer questions about account types and banking products
•check on the status of customer accounts and track checks and payments
•Assist banking customers who are victims of fraud, theft or identity theft
•Provide assistance to all other members of staff in other departments of the bank by liaising with them through healthy interactions
