DRI Plant.
* Head of Electrical Department of the Machining Shops, with all confidence to build
an electrical qualified team who is responsible for revamping, upgrading and
maintaining different types of machines including CNC with different
manufacturers.
* I developed the electrical system achieving a lot of progress in machines
revamping, making a new view of machining shops different than before.
* Ensure compliance with technical safety rules and regulations and also the group's
specific rules for safety and health management, achieving the target of minimum
level of accidents than before.

ESISCO DRI
Plant (Direct Reduction Iron Plant), 1.76 MTPY, designed by Midrex Company.
* Be one of the effective engineers in DRI Hot commissioning and start-up then,
plant running.
* Troubleshooting, introduce proposals then solving the biggest problem in start-up
of the main process gas compressor 8 MW that had a problem in its medium
voltage soft starter with great appreciation from top management and MIDREX
Company.
* Make modifications in DRI switchgear to ensure personal and equipment safety;
through making critical interlocks between the main substation and DRI switchgear.
* I was nominated by R&D Automation team to be the representative of the
company, responsible for Medium voltage switchgears commissioning (6.6KV,
11KV & 33KV), make a short circuit study for some plants and make primary and
secondary testing for circuit breakers and protection relays in other plants in the
company, with the Foreign MV Specialist.

Perform all activities and responsibilities of Senior Engineer.
* Maintains the PM (Preventive Maintenance) and PdM (Predictive Maintenance)
systems and process within the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management
System) Develops, recommends and implements strategies for improving the
reliability of the manufacturing processes.

* PLC troubleshooting Experience ( PLC Structure - I/Os and their types, Program
Design, Troubleshooting ….) for Siemens (Step 7- 200, 300 &400), Networks of
(Computers - Industrial "ProfiBus").
* Practical experience of AC motors, MCCs, and LV Panels.
* Follow up all vendors/subcontractors works.
Perform all activities and responsibilities of shift Engineer.
* Play the major role in preparing the necessary technical data for purchasing of all
electrical spare parts of whole the plant, considering alternatives and study all
possibilities of replacement to achieve minimum cost.
