Researching, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner. I will be responsible for working with different systems, software, and hardware and backup the server and replicate the server to use for emergency situation and SQL DB maintenance etc.
POS system getting performance slowdown and shows error offline not configured in that case check the database level process and status of health if found any issue need to be fixed it. With in 4 days 192, 906 total number of Transaction without any issue successfully done it.
