• Answer and direct phone calls, scheduling and coordinating the manager's appointments and travel arrangements.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Carry out administrative duties such as typing, copying, scanning, Receiving, sorting, and replying to the email.
• Provide general support to students and develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
