* Overseeing of existing landscape and maintenance works, Handling
of documents and subcontractors work. Supervision of the
landscape projects onsite.
* Perform regular drawing reviews and follow up with project teams
to monitor that implementation efforts are aligned with approved
drawings.
* Conduct regular site visits and collaborate with project teams to
identify and flag landscape design issues and possible value
engineering ideas to cut costs/time and simplify delivery.
* Assist in supporting the design team in solving landscape design
implementation technical issues by attending coordination
meetings.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance
performance and quality of work with a view of stakeholders’
expectation.
* Supervise and participate in the installation of any lines and ensure
that the outsourced technicians/maintenance staff are adequately
utilizing the irrigation systems
* Monitor the projects progress as per the submitted program by the
contractor to take appropriate action to catch the delay
* Evaluate the submitted offers and prepare the Technical and
financial reports.
* Prepare detail design reports that will go with designs.
* Assist in record keeping and generating progress reports.
* Evaluating Tenders & Preparing Project Cost Estimation and
Preparing Bill of Quantity.
* Direct all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on
schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms
to original plans and specifications thus ensuring to meet the
client’s expectations.

● Irrigation Engineer at second area project with Doha Municipality,
Maintenance works for landscape and irrigation system.
Rehabilitation of Irrigation of network includes:
- Changing all system from manual operation to be worked
Automatic.
- Sprinkler Relocation, Re installing valves box, Check Gate &
Solenoid valves, Installing PRS for valves, Changing Drip lines,
Installing Tag Number for valve Box, etc.
- Adding more Controllers, Operation of Central Control System
includes CCU (Rain Bird), RTU (Motorola).
