• Directly coordinating with the site team regarding project activities such as the construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and client's requirements.
• Review, comment, and approve internal and vendor Test Strategies, Test Plans, and Test Execution artifacts.
• Responsible for assurance and control of solutions, materials, products testing and other related testing procedures.
• Develop and implement preventive measures and corrective actions for non-conforming products, processes, and deliverables.
• Conduct thorough on-site inspections and tests for MEP installations as per the approved drawing, ensuring strict compliance with local regulations, NEC, NFPA standards, project specifications, and track/check the Inspection Request Form (IRF), WIR status, and Material Inspection Request (MIR) for material delivery.
• Responsible to review and verify the MEP Subcontractor Monthly Invoice, IPA and provide input to cost team.
• Provide support to construction, testing and commissioning, project control team as needed.
• Attend the joint site walk-down for on-site inspection, snags inspection with the Site supervision consultant and contractor.
• Reviews the project deliverables (and approves, comments as required) document, such as Project Quality Plan (PQP), Plans and Procedures, Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Method Statement, Material Approval Request, and Pre Qualification documents (PQD) of Supplier and Contractor.
• Responsible to attend the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for MEP long lead items as per the project specifications.
• Witness the Third-Party testing for Electrical, Mechanical, Civil works along with the Site supervision consultant and Contractors.
• Responsible to develop the Plan and Procedure, Work Flow-Chart, Forms and Templates as per the project requirement, specification, contract documents.
• Responsible to prepare and submit the Weekly and Monthly Quality Reports, Snags status update to the client in a timely manner as per the reporting schedule.
• Issue the Quality Observation Report (QOR) and Non-Conformance Report (NCR) to the Contractors when minor or major nonconformity, non-compliance occurs during the installation works/procedure, or material delivery.
• Review the close-out of Audit CAR, NCR, QOR, and Audit observation reports (close, comments if required).
• Monitoring & Inspection of Electrical and ICT equipment grounding and bonding system and performing the continuity test and witness the ground rod earthing resistivity test with the Manufacturer's representative.
• Responsible to monitor the WIR for installation of Fire alarm cable, smoke detector, heat detector, FACP, PAVA cable, Speaker, PA Rack Cabinet, CAT6A cable, Fiber optic cable, IT Rack Cabinet, Coaxial cable, BMS Cable, BMS DDC panel, SACS cable and DIB panel.

• Responsible for the efficient execution of assigned jobs and involved in the installation, inspection of electrical lighting, small power, and LV power distribution systems.
• Responsible for coordination between the Civil and MEP services at site and ensure the installation activities without any clashing/obstruction.
• Verify the accuracy of the Electrical As-Built drawings reflecting in detail as per the site installation conditions.
• Oversees site work elements within discipline and provides early notification of potential schedule slippages regarding the electrical construction activities.
• Responsible to prepare the Daily, Weekly Progress Report and submit it in a timely manner without delay.
• Responsible to secure the approval of the Mock-up (Sample) inspection of Electrical and ICT system.
• Witness the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for long lead electrical equipment and compliance of MAR comments.
• Conduct the Work Inspection Request (WIR) inspections on the site and check the compliance of ITP checklist, approved shop drawings, project specification requirements and related standards.
• Witness the inspection of IR (Insulation Resistance) & Continuity testing of LV cables & Building wiring system and LV cable pulling and cable termination Torque Test.
• Responsible for Inspection and tests of Busbar and support system, Perform the Torque test, Megger & continuity test with the Manufacturers supplier.
