I am working as a projects manager in Eammar infrastructure Contracting Co. Ltd since Febreuary 2010 until now and complete more than twenty projects for storm water networks and senetary net works with an amount more than eight hundred milion SAR on time with very good quality and benefits
Leading a Team of Full Pledged Engineers, the Works are systematically executed as follows :
Floating the inquiries for quotations to the Suppliers / Sub-Contractor
Study the quotations and comparing it with the specification of the projects.
Preparing the Submittal documents to Consultant/Client and follow up to get the
approval.
Negotiating with the Suppliers, Sub-Contractors and Vendors .
Preparing technical and commercial analysis for the management decision
Initiating the Contracts, Purchase Orders and Contract Administration.
Follow-up with the suppliers / Sub-Contractors for: Shop Drawings, Samples, Material
Delivery, Work Progress, Payments and everything related to the Materials up to the
Finishing and Turn Over of the Project.
Dealing directly with Local and International Suppliers of the specified materials for the
Project
Allocate all resources required for the project manpower, materials, drawings, etc.
Participate in the preparation of the Time Schedule for the project and follow up all
the requirements to achieve the project target dates on Weekly & Monthly basis.
Assign the duties for all the project staff to achieve optimum utilization of
manpower and Equipment’s.
Leading a Team of Skilled, Qualified Engineers, Technicians and Administrative
Staff.
Execution of all Infrastructures and Superstructures as well as the Finishing Work.
Reporting to the General Manager, all the Construction Activities and Operations
