1- Coordinate the monitoring of water and desludging operations
and truck distribution
2- Compile the daily desludging monitoring reports (Desludging
Operational Plan, Desludging Hot-line, Desludging Quantities,
Truck Load inspection, Azraq Wastewater Treatment Plant)
3- Prepare daily and monthly desludging monitoring reports
outlining the amount of wastewater dislodged during the
operational day/month, and identify any operational challenges
and irregularities in the desludging operations
4- Coordinate with the refugees’ representatives and other
stakeholders pertaining to issues related to desludging
operations in Azraq camps, in coordination with the District Field
Monitoring Team
5- Keep an updated master list of all desludging trucks involved in
UNICEF’s operations in Azraq Camps
6- Compile water monitoring reports (Boreholes, external Water
and Roaming patrol)
7- Plan a roaming patrol deployment based on the challenges
identified through water monitoring activities
8- Follow up and respond to desludging/water supply operational
issues to ensure the smooth implementation of UNICEF’s
activities in Azraq Camp

2- To monitor the UNICEF implemented activities on daily basis at
district level (WASH, Education, Child Protection, and
Health/Nutrition interventions)
3- To facilitate the active participation of the refugee community's active in module based service delivery and feedback
4- To liaise with the module-based civilian administration (district management office)
5- To liaise and facilitate communication with relevant refugee
committees and street leaders, and other relevant stakeholders
at district level
6- To identify bottlenecks, urgent needs, specifc actions relevant to UNICEF interventions and its implementing partners' mandate
7- To ensure constant presence in 12 modules of the Za'atari camp
8- To liaise with UNICEF program section at camp level to facilitate
and follow up on issues related to refugees accessing services
8- To act as communication focal points for refugee community to
facilitate timely delivery of services and assistance
