Working as Electrical Site Engineer & Operations based on both Process Automation & Factory Automation technology with Nuctech Company Ltd at different sites all over Saudi Arabia. I have Strong knowledge of electrical instruments, mechanical tools & equipment, troubleshooting & fault solving, testing devices, electrical & technical drawings and safety precautions. Tested equipment performance and demonstrated operation and servicing of equipment to customer & Trained personnel to align objectives, strengthen competencies and standardize operations. Electrical diagrams, PLC panel troubleshooting, Motors, VFDs, Conveyor Belt, Field Sensor, Switchgear, Electrical Instruments, Pneumatic valves, Compressor, Cameras, Chillers. Work on different Software (SIMATIC Step7, TIA, FATEK, SopasET, NoMachine, DeplateForm, WinCC, Acronis, IPS, SQL server, UBUNTU) Developing & implementing plan to reduce breakdown, improve plan maintenance and optimize schedule maintenance in machine wise scheduling, downtime maintenance, and other electrical & mechanical work with maximum efficiency. Job Responsibilities & Tasks:
•Installation of new Machines/Project on given sites by Company & responsible for training the customers accordingly to designed programs.
•Maintenance includes all industrial computers such as Siemens S7-200, S7300, S7-1500 LOGO PLC and Sematic Panels (HMI), LENZE Inverter to drive motor.
•Maintenance of computer equipment including software and hardware SIMATIC-S7, TIA Portal, WINCC, UBUNTU for monitoring and controlling of machines.
•Fault troubleshooting and Maintenance of Lenz AC drive and Lenz A.C motor (single phase/3phase)
•Troubleshooting and maintenance of all its communication among PLC, 24K DC Modulator, Accelerator, Water Chiller, Detectors, Touch screen panel, all Control stations and all safeties of equipment.
•Troubleshooting of all its communication through Network Switch, CCRD, CCTV, Radiation zone detector (Infrared Alarm System). Theft alarm, smoke detector & keep it in record.
•Maintenance of Baggage scanner including its Generator, Conveyor Belt, Motor, Roller, Detectors, Data Acquisition Card, Image Processing Center.
•Monitoring, Troubleshooting & Maintenance of RMCS Radioactive Monitoring Control System.
•Preventive maintenance of 3 Phase 42KV Power Generator.
•Making daily, weekly, monthly and annually work report, total scanned containers and maintain all maintenance record of scanner.
•Responsible for the safe operation of the equipment, machines & plant.
•Carry out preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance of chiller cooling system.
•Responsible for implementing the electrical maintenance plan according to the approved maintenance chart.
•Planning of Inventory and keeping record of used & required parts.
•Give training to new Engineer, Operators & RPO on Site.
•Maintaining good relation with customers, Co-ordinate with Custom, Anti-Narcotics etc.
•Travelling & work outside when required.
