o ERP (Microsoft Dynamic Navision) System update on daily basis.
o Monitor all inventory transaction processing: Issue and Receipts.
o Keep track of inventory balance, Reorder maximum stock availability.
o Review physical inventories periodically (month end stock taking).
o Monitoring movement of stock and highlighting the inventory of slow moving items.
o Updates on goods received and transferred.
o Co-coordinating with the purchase department for importing of Food & General items by giving proper monthly consumption of each item.
o To ensure F.I.F.O, F.E.F.O is followed at all-times across all the time.
o Disposes of expired and waste stock according to the current procedure.
o Maintains storage area by organizing floor space.
o To identify training needs of the staff & provide adequate training to improve overall efficiency of the department.
o To maintain the warehouse as per the requirement of Dubai municipality’s standards & HACCP requirements
o Supplier valuation as per HACCP requirement s
o Stock Ordering of SKU’s based on consumption and current stock level.
o To ensure F.I.F.O (First in First out)/F.E.F.O (First expire first out) is followed at all-times across all the items.
o To ensure safe handling of all materials within the Store and abide with all health and safety procedures.
o Responsible to conduct a monthly cycle count of all stock items and ensure physical stocks tally with system reflection.
o Involved in Continual improvements of all store related operations.
o Maintains storage area by organizing floor space.
o Updates on goods received and transferred.
o Responsible for stock control.
o Responsible for stock display on the shelves.
o Responsible for handling cash.
o Dealing with product related customer complaints.
o Responsible for special occasion promotion.
