Examine and inspect aircraft components, including landing gear, hydraulic systems, and deicers to locate cracks, breaks, leaks, or other problems. Obtain fuel and oil samples and check them for contamination. Replace or repair worn, defective, or damaged components, using hand tools, gauges, and testing equipment. Conduct routine and special inspections as required by regulations. Read and interpret pilots' descriptions of problems to diagnose causes. Read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and other specifications to determine the feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components. Maintain repair logs, documenting all preventive and corrective aircraft maintenance. Modify aircraft structures, systems, or components, following drawings, schematics, charts, engineering orders, and technical publications. Inspect airframes for wear or other defects & Measure parts for wear, using precision instruments. Maintain, repair, and rebuild aircraft structures, functional components, and parts such as wings and fuselage, rigging, hydraulic units, oxygen systems, fuel systems, electrical systems, gaskets, and seals. Inspect completed work to certify that maintenance meets standards and that aircraft are ready for operation.

Carryout supplier validation audits, with supplier support.
Work with Engineering (Design and Manufacturing Engineers) team to define process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier process capability is effective to meet product and process requirements. Assist in the supplier approval process by assessing manufacturing / technologycapabilities and Health, Safety and Environmental risks. Assist in new product launches to ensure that supplier quality meets the required standards. Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions of supplier meets the required standard. Assist with training of quality awareness. Devising SOPS and to build system. Ensuring compliance to SOPS and policies set by the management. Design contracts withstrategic partners. Manage expenses within budget set by Management.
