• Oversee all the professional activities of salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees on the floor. This involves advising staff, providing regular performance reviews, and scheduling shifts.
• Hiring and training employees, training includes the initial training of new hires, as well as the continuous training of all employees on the floor, as tasks change over time.
• Communicate with the Store Manager regarding Sales, Employees and other important matters.
• Setting weekly promotion / sales goals and objectives and implementing strategies to see they are met and change signage in the store to reflect any in-store promotions and also works on store displays.
• Sending emails to order supplies for the store and issuing LPO`s.
• Manage different departments within the store.
• Maintain Customer records and Sales Database. Formulate pricing policies. Ensuring pricing and barcode is accurate.
• Assist customer with their demands, queries and complaints.
• To maintain clean and safe environment.
