In Qatar DSWMC (Domestic Solid Waste Management Centre) municipal solid waste is controlled with incineration process. The personnel responsibilities include:
•Plan and implement preventive maintenance corrective maintenance and overhaul programs
•Review all maintenance planning and work execution documents for effectiveness and improvement
•Monitor and keep track of maintenance and repair activities being carried out
•Supervise and control daily site activities to ensure contractors perform and complete works in a safe and timely manner without comprising quality
•Review Risk Assessment and safe working procedures of all jobs
•Work with mechanical maintenance team to upkeep proper documentation
•Draft technical specifications of purchase of equipment and for engaging third party services
•Plan and liaise with procurement department on replenshment of spares and equipment
Thermotech, I have worked on HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air conditioning system) Design and work for Commercial, Institutional and healthcare buildings. In addition I have to implement energy saving opportunities, quality control audits and inspections. The responsibilities include:
•Testing and Commissioning of HVAC(Heating Ventilation and Air conditioning) system
•CAD design of air handling, heating, cooling and ventilation system
•Layout drawing, calculation and proposal documents in HVAC system
•Performing energy saving opportunities for VAV and smoke ventilation system
•Periodic evaluation, audit and monitoring of ongoing projects
•Work scheduling, BOQ preparation and detailed calculation of ongoing projects
•Maintenance of HVAC equipments and machinery
•Plan, manage and direct work activities in ongoing site areas
•Reviews the work of sub-ordinates, maintenance personnel and set priority to maintenance of equipment and machinery
