To plan, implement and monitor a client's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.
Duties:
Stay up to date with all social media new tools and implement them effectively.
Launch and manage social media accounts on all platforms.
Develop and copywrite regional social media content.
Keep all social media accounts much updated and attractive.
Assist in all social media related photoshoots.
Prepare monthly plans to better achieve the client’s goals through social media.
Run online campaigns (sponsored ads) on all feasible platforms.
Monitor the outcome of online campaigns and prepare reports.
Build a positive and productive relationships with the clients for the sake of business growth.
Provide client support and handle client communications effectively.
Ensure that clients requests are handled timely & accurately.
Develop new strategies to improve client satisfaction.
-Managing Marketing and Social Media team at Khat Gallery and Cut Kuwait.
-Manage Social Media Department and created the systems & procedures of
the department.
-Achieve profitability goals by developing and implementing social media campaigns.
-Hiring & training the marketing team.
-Improve and boost the brand image by implementing focused marketingcampaigns.
-Evaluate consumer preferences and behaviors, combined with market
- trends and historical data, to adjust and enhance campaigns.
-Conducted regular team meetings to encourage positive work culture.
-Develop content strategy for the events at Cut KW and Khat Gallery.
-Plan and direct photoshoots to make sure the monthly social media plan isdelivered correctly as visioned.
-Coordinate with the Ecommerce Department to make sure that the websiteand the social platforms align.

Duties:
Address the customers in a friendly tone and provide them with the best experience during conducting the surveys.
Update the database with the most recent customer information
Handle stressed, angry and confused customers in the most positive way possible.
Analyze consumer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits.
