Manager Access to Finance/ Provincial Coordinator Balochistan; in European Union funded Growth for Rural Advancement and Sustainable Progress (GRASP) 48 M Euro project in collaboration with ITC, FAO, SMEDA and implementing partner to strengthen SMEs in Agriculture and Livestock value chains (Grapes, Olive, Dates, onion, Sheep, Goat and Back yard poultry and overall objective is to support poverty reduction and sustainable and inclusive economic growth in rural areas of Pakistan. The program’s specific objective is to support gender-inclusive income and employment generation, enhanced productivity, and profitability of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) involved in primary production, service provision, and value addition, access to finance in and around selected clusters of value chains. Responsible to.
• Provision of assistance to the financial institutions to design the products, assist Fl’s to develop or adopt financing criteria, conditions, assessment producers and client services, including insurance and leasing options to be appropriate for producers’ groups MSMEs, women-led entrepreneurs and young entrepreneurs.
• Train Partner Organization staff on new credit, assessment, and documentation
• Facilitating and supporting in geographically low penetration areas.
• Identification of financial gaps through profiling the selected MSMEs and linking MSMEs to the relevant funding sources corresponding to their sector and level of maturity
• Sensitize financial literacy, support services and BIOs to the availability of financing solutions and technologies, for farmers' groups, women-led entrepreneurs, young entrepreneurs and MSMEs in agribusiness.
• Assist in providing matching grants to producer’s groups, MSMEs and ABSPs to be given in coordination with other financing options to improve value-added, productivity and resilience through approved partnership and business cases.

• Working experience with Project partner organizations (local NGOs & CBOs across the Balochistan Province of Pakistan. The POs responsible for the identification of MSME/SMEs and other farmer's groups in the implementation of Project activities for livestock, Agriculture and horticulture commodities and the development of business plans and matching grant applications.
• As the team member responsible for due diligence of MG awarded SMEs through physical check of all financial documents /registration of SME, audit reports, Bank Statements documents, stock book, cash book flow of financial matters etc. The physical check was also made of sites like areas of commodity cultivation, and the number of permanent & temporary employees male and female.
