As the Product Owner for stc mobile app, my primary responsibility is to gather requirements from our business department and effectively
communicate them to the development team. With my strong background in Agile methodologies and JIRA systems, I am able to efficiently manage
the team's workflow as a skilled Scrum Master. In addition, I play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of the product by utilising my expertise in
covering the role of Quality Assurance. Through my leadership, our team is able to successfully deliver a high-quality mobile app that meets the
needs and expectations of our clients. I work efficiently under extremely high pressure daily with multiple departments as I work as a link between
Business, Marketing and IT departments.
Company Industry: Telecommunications Job Role: Marketing and PR User Acceptance Tester. I was involved in almost all the company's digital products. All the three platforms; Desktop and mobile websites as well as the mobile app. I comprehensively test each and every part of them in terms of functionality and look and feel from a user prospective. I cooperate with the development team to fix and enhance our products. My team was an essential part of the rebranding process of the company from VIVA to stc. I myself was responsible for the comparison between Arabic and English versions as a multilingual.
Company Industry: Education, Training, and Library Job Role: Teaching and Academics I teach IT for Elementary, Middle and high school. I am the only male IT teacher in the school. Therefore, I am responsible for all the students from grade 5 up to 11. I have great experience in Map-Testing as all the students take their Maths and English (language and reading) map-tests in my lab. II helped a lot of students to produce great and original work by designing, researching and developing.
I worked for Extern in July 2017. As a bilingual Keyworker and a former interpreter, I added a lot to my team. I worked with different families with
different family setups and different needs. I have undertaken many professional development trainings. All of which have given me an in-depth
knowledge of psychological complications as well as trauma effects on children and families.
Company Industry: Community/Interpreting/and Translating Job Role: Community Interpreter A leader interpreter (Arabic/English) within the VPR Scheme in Northern Ireland, UK (Venerable Person Reallocation Scheme). Working in this unique project gave me the opportunity to gain an invaluable experience in such a short period of time. Working on the same matter for 100hrs/month consecutively for a year has put me in an advanced position among senior interpreters who have experience in the field for over ten years.
