The Doctorate program was in the domain of Applied Linguistics and it focussed on Language disorders in the ordinary school set up; their types, causes, prevalence, manifestations and remedial strategies.
The Masters, (Diplome D'Etudes Approfondies in French) focussed on the causes, types, manifestations, prevalence and remedial strategies in the Cameroonian setting.
The Masters program was basically on General and basic concepts in Linguistics as well as the sudy of languages.
