applicable procedures, ensuring timely procurement at optimal price, quality, and
delivery conditions.
- Coordinate logistics management for local and international shipments, ensuring
accurate and timely delivery of purchased materials to the site.
- Maintain inventory updates and manage storage effectively, tracking purchase spending
against pre-established BOQ and project schedule, issue purchase orders as necessary.
- Conduct briefing to users on the new service.
- Schedule appointments with users to conduct full car inspections.
- Utilize negotiation and reporting skills when interacting with beneficiaries and colleagues respectively.
- Assist mechanical engineers in optimizing the performance of the machinery.
- Support in Operating & maintaining mechanical equipment and machinery.
Interviews with company owners to fill out surveys with them in Chouiefat Region.
