• Strategic Oversight & Portfolio PMOing: Providing strategic oversight & governance on various business (e.g., Project Code - Mandate
by HRH Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the KSA, Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud (MbS) to build Microsoft of the KSA), product
(e.g., HUMAIN Chat), and model (e.g., ALLaM) strategies by:
◦ prioritizing the strategic projects portfolio
◦ collaborating with Business Units (BUs) and Corporate Functions
◦ overseeing a team of Strategy, Market Intelligence, and Product Managers
• 5-Year Business Plan Oversight: Driving and overseeing the 5-year business planning exercise by:
◦ ensuring alignment with Business Units, Corporate Functions, and the CEOs Vision
◦ prioritizing strategic initiatives based on long-term growth potential and ensuring effective execution
• Macroeconomic Impact Monitoring: Designing the macroeconomic impact assessment framework & model for HUMAIN to assess its
contribution to the Kingdoms economy by:
◦ outlining a multi-layer framework to measure direct, indirect, and induced impact
◦ collaborating with BUs to elicit their respective contributions to HUMAIN
◦ liaising with the Public Investment Fund (PIF) for alignment with their own model
• Financial & Operational Performance Oversight: Overseeing financial & operational performance by:
◦ defining KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business strategies and ensuring business impact
◦ optimizing resource allocation with strategic priorities to maximize operational efficiency
◦ aligning BUs on strategic priorities and ensuring cohesive execution & measurable outcomes
• Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Working closely with the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team (LT) to shape corporate vision
and drive strategic transformation by:
◦ proposing strategic recommendations to the Board and the LT through high-impact presentations to ensure alignment and buy-in
◦ fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and strategic refinement to maintain an edge in AI
• Staffing & Recruitment: Leading recruitment activities by:
◦ articulating job descriptions and technical interview materials such as case studies, etc.
◦ conducting one-on-one and panel interviews
◦ designing Starter Packs for onboarding new recruits
