Basic responsibility is to act as a fund manager
* Arranging funds for working capital and asset finance
* Funds in the form of unfunded facility as well as funded facility(General Facility)
* Arranging project base facilities
* Liaising with new banks exploring the appetite and pitching the funds requirements
* Liaising with existing banks with existing facilities and ensuring the best utilization of approved
facilities.
* Participating top management meeting and providing expertise and guidance
charge of portfolios worth AED 800Mn and their growth within the related business segment
* Marketed several new to bank accounts successfully
* Work with the top-management to develop the marketing strategy of the bank for each year
* Perform market analysis in order to identify top potential clients and develop proposals specific to
their business requirements
Independently managed the portfolio of about 20 accounts with above 550 AED million
exposure after SRM’s exit.

This bank was established in 1939 and currently boasts over one million patrons and over 190, 000
shareholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Complete risk analysis (Default/exposure/recovery) and played a key role in credit department.
* Appraise, process and present sound credit proposal of financially and economically viable projects
based on Financials and indebt analyzing
* Execute and complete entire pre-disbursement stipulated clauses on documentations/agreements and
mortgages with expeditious credit disbursal in conformity with sanctioned terms.
* Sanction credit proposals (Term loan& working capital) for business entities viz. manufacturer, traders
service industry, home loans, property mortgages, vehicles, personal, shares & bonds etc. within the
institutional frame work.
* Design rehabilitation package for potentially viable sick units within extant parameters to revive the
sick/ weak business entities
ACHEIVEMENTS
The bank earned substantial profit as interest and other charges in credit department due to regular
monitoring, inspection and maintaining healthy relationship with borrowers.
Substantial growth of advances and zero increase in NPAs (Non-Performing Advances).
