• Plan and execute all visual directives.
• Use commercial information as the basis for the decision making e.g. innovation, problem solving, proportionality, space management and sales.
• Have an awareness of competitor activity and trends within visual merchandising.
• Work effectively and communicate regularly with operations and visual techs to ensure brand consistency.
• Support all sales driven programs.
• Support store manager with trend training and styling training to the sales staff.
