As an Independent faculty consultant, I am currently consulting with the firm for a top government development bank in Nigeria (Bank of Industry) on Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Implementation based on COSO framework and I also support the firm in facilitating training on various topics ranging from risk management, leadership, business analysis, customer service management, corporate values/culture development etc.

Monitoring and evaluating the impact of Operational risks across the Bank with the use of reporting tools such as: KRI, CRSA and Loss Data issues reporting.
Coordination of Business Continuity Management activities in the bank (Call Tree Testing, Fire Drills, Business continuity plans testing)
Management of the fraud alert platform for operational risk management purposes
Data Gathering of all Operational Losses Bank-wide for analysis and capital charge allocation in line with Basel II accord requirements
Analysis of all Operational risks in all the processes of Bank’s Operations as specified by the Basel accord for International banking regulations
Trained branches’ staff members and OpRisk champions nationwide on Operational risks management and Business continuity plans of the bank.
Supported Head, ORM/BCM; in administrative duties including Budgeting and Budget monitoring for the department.
Implementation of the Operational Risk Management framework working closely with the ORCs (Operational Risks Coordinators)’ team across the Bank
Monitoring and evaluating the impact of Operational risks bankwide with the use of Reporting Tools such as: KRI, CRSA, Loss Data and issues reporting.
Data Gathering of all Operational Losses Bank-wide for analysis and capital charge allocation in line with Basel II accord requirements
