My job is to be responsible for selecting, training, and supervising the
volunteer staff of Direct Aid Organization. Also, helping employees identify
volunteer opportunities, track volunteering hours, and create program reports,
and most importantly, being able to communicate effectively with volunteers,
paid staff members and clients.

My Job as a PR supervisor was to function both as part of the PR Team and
as the person primarily responsible for a project. I have been responsible for
the assignment and monitoring of projects. My tasks included proofreading
and reviewing documents and edit material for print and electronic publication.
I also had to create scripts, speeches, and presentations and coordinate the
monitoring of social messaging sources and the approval process for the final
copy for annual publications. I also had to supervise the coordination of the
weekly and monthly events, and the creation of ads in publications.

My job as a CSS made me an expert communicator and an outstanding
problem solver. Being a customer service Supervisor had allowed me to deal with
costumers in a daily basis, providing their needs and solving their problems.
