. prepare shipping plan for kitchens based on delivery dates provided by after sales team.
. supervising dispatch area and make sure kitchens are packed and palletised well.
. coordinating with warehouse team and production team to ensure receiving dates of the ready kitchens .
. prepare packing list, shipping documents and ordering trucks from freight forwarders.
. follow up with after sales team with receiving orders and handling damaged items issues quickly.
. coordinating with quality team to ensure quality of shipments.
. arranging and shipping maintenance orders for all after sales sites.
. Data entry using ERP system (SAP).
. provide daily, weekly and monthly reports for all shipped orders with the whole departments.
communicating and following up with freight forwarder on delivering on time.
.Maintain effective relationships with customers.
.Pricing products within a lead time.
. Track container/shipments for estimated time update.
. Coordinate with shipping team for clearance at port.
. Evaluation for damaged products.
. Handle suppliers claims.
. Coordinate with warehouse for scheduling delivery for all cleared containers.
Write off documentation, processing, Coordinations and follow up.
