Achievements/Tasks
❖ Acted as HIS Team Leader for a period of three months in
absence of HIS Team Leader on maternity leave.
❖ Manage data systems according to internal protocols and
strategy development;
❖ Develop additional data platforms under guidance from the
IM Specialist and as needed;
❖ Collect HEALTH data in a logical and coherent system that
can be readily archived;
❖ Ensure Phenics and other health databases are harmonized
and constantly updated;
❖ Provide a second and final quality check and data cleaning
stage to ensure that data is of usable quality for the HIS
Team Leader;
❖ Provide data analysis reporting following extraction
templates or when needed based on Manager requests;
❖ Provide information to field teams directly for specific
limited information requests (beneficiary details, location
codes, assistance records etc.);
❖ Produce other documentation (ad hoc) required by the field
teams on request from Team Leader/Manager;
❖ Support the PHCC to ensure conducting proper data entry;
❖ Conduct regular field visits to the PHCCs, provide
recommendations and report to line manager in case of any
challenge.
❖ Produce high quality and timely information for proposals
and reports when requested.
❖ Provide technical input to new database development with
agreement of line manager and IM Specialist;
❖ Participate in designing, programming, and creating the
profiling tool and activate it on KOBO
❖ Support in the design, manage and maintain/update the
project’s databases and dashboards.
❖ Preparation of TOT sessions for partners and trainers on
Microsoft Teams and other online platforms that might be
used to conduct online training for beneficiaries.
❖ Train the beneficiaries (Goat and Sheep Shepherds,
Veterinarian, and Food Processors) on how to use Microsoft
Teams to attend online sessions.
❖ Support and fix any problem in software or hardware
technical issues.
❖ Assist the partners with any IT inquiry in addition to create
TOT for the partners.
❖ Ensure data quality for collecting reliable and consistent
data which meets minimum reporting requirements of
donors and CARE International Lebanon.
