My key responsibility was to initiate a digital culture in a Direct
marketing agency that was driven by ideas all the time. Exploring
digital medium for implementing ideas that support the 360
campaigns.
Nurturing the team and pushing the envelope every single time to
achieve the best. Building digital brand assets and communication for
service/financial industries. Inspiring team members by Art directing
for marketing, product launch and web portals.
Implemented UX/UI principles on big financial products like Aditya
Birla My Universe website, Viacom18 intranet and many others.
Managed a team of 3 designers and 1 flash developer.

Glam Media, a US based ad network company with its own ad
products and network. My role was to understand there design and
development process in US and build a similar setup in India to serve
Global market (US
At Percept we had a largest pool of talent. Managing the team,
visualizing, art direction and concept development were main task on
hand. Was responsible for managing a team of 17 designers, 1 flash
developer and 5 developers.

MKLIK is a US based start up company providing a mobile shopping
mall where customers can order, chat, uploads photos etc. from their
mobiles devices. Designing of website and services, print brochures
and other marketing collaterals.
RAMS were an event management company where my role was to design the 3d models of the setup,
print material and look into the production. Come up with concepts for events, design brochure,
backdrops, props etc.

Started as a visualizer and gradually made it to asst. manager post. At Powerweave my role was to
design merchandising catalogues and website for US & UK clients. E-commerce websites and flash
presentations was integral part of the job. Product photo shots and printing brochure while achieving
the best result was part of my KPI.

Develop and produce marketing materials, coordinate with third party
production houses for shoots, printing and production. Banners
